What should I do to speed up the treatment process? I switched to an ultra-correct diet, but the treatment is very slow. I want to be cured of this crap in 2 months, what can you suggest?

how old r u? I'm 25 and still have it. it's a curse. I tried oral prescribed pills but they cause me to lose my hair.
