so i want to start going to the gym because home workouts are rape. Anyways I asked them to buy me a gym membership but they want me to go with a trainer for a week which I have no problem with. The problem is that all the gyms are from 16 and im 15 you can just lie and go and nobody will gaf unless youre going w a trainer no trainer wants to take a 15 yr old and i cant lie bcs they ask for id. ill just start going in secret ig

Are home workouts that bad? You can find some bench on TikTok for 40-60$ and you’ll get most muscle groups in. Back is different tho you’d need a bar or gym equipment ig

its just better going to the gym over all. You can work out more efficiently, when talking to foids you can say u go there, also socializing with friends

I mean they are only so strict abt sum shit like vitamins, gym. But they let me go out whenever, and they let me to sleep overs so they aint that bad
