I agree. The ending was retarded. If it were my call, I would have had THE DARK PASSENGER tear himself out of Dexter. Now a shadow. He talks to him and explains his origin story.

Definitely overhated ending. I recommend watching cold blood or whatever it’s called and resurrection. They’re nowhere near as good as the main show but it’s still good storyline continuation and you get to watch more Dexter
