im fucking turning into a fat fuck, doing a 3500 diet to max height and im getting fat :feelswhy:

If ur getting fat ur not maxxing height because ur going to get higher aromatase expression which will increase estradiol and fuck up ur growth plates. Just focus on maintaining bf percentage at around 12-15%.
