Fucking relapsed on benzos again + relapsed on fucking alchocol

Just took 2 Valium blues and 2mg Clonazepam w double shot of whiskey

I was fiending at home and I never drink alchocol....that bottle was laying around since new year + I only keep benzos to stop long speed binges....

Something that I've learned is that I didn't appreciate the freedom of mind that used to have and overthought everything with little action. If only could back in time.

I never took hard shit and never will.

As for alcohol ive quit binge drinking and drinking often in general way way back. I only do on occasions nowadays which enoiugh. Planning on quitting altogether soon enough tho. Bro Lets shake hands and take each other to a reality without acohol and drugs and find true happiness within.
