I cannot sleep on my back, when I sleep on my back I woke up fucking on side with my zygos touching the peallow idk how to say It because im spanish. Yesterday and the last night I sleep on a side an woking up with shity zygo on the side that I sleep, there IS any solutions guys to fix this? And this shit IS temporal i think? Or IS not?
