I've done a fair amount of research on DNP as a result of my increasing interest in losing fat, and eventually I decided to hop on the stuff. There's a lot of conflicting opinions online about it which doesn't help when looking at something you'd like to get on. I decided to stop taking in the negative fear-mongered takes people have about it and just hop on and see for myself. I'm starting at ~173 pounds and am 5' 7". I won't be counting calories.

Day 1: 60mg
I started out with a really conservative dose just to see if I would croak or not, I didn't ACTUALLY think that I'd see any bad sides, but I went really low to see if my stuff could've been overdosed.

The stuff got on my hands a bit even through nitrile gloves, had yellow spots on my palms. I forgot to mention that I have DNP crystals and am weighing it myself on a 27 dollar Amazon scale that I am recalibrating nightly with ~100g of chocolate. The DNP crystals I got are wetted, so they are at least 15% water, I couldn't find anything on if taking moistened DNP is different in any way than taking it dried, but I assume it would work much the same.

I also will mention that I take each dose 1-2 hours before sleeping (ingesting it at around 9:00 PM) but I'm not the most consistent with it, which is for the most part fine as I'm not going to be dealing with doses over moderate. I felt VERY mild heat while wearing a jacket, near negligible, most of it can probably be attributed to placebo anyways, considering I was on such a miniscule dose.

Before getting on DNP I carb-depleted for two or so days.

Day 2: 120mg
I doubled my dose, and there really wasn't much to note, I felt zero/negligible sides

Day 3: 200mg
After seeing my lack of response to my previous doses, I decided testing out 200mg for a week or so would be prudent to assess my tolerance to the substance at an effective dose.

Day 4: 200mg
Again, not much to note, felt mild heat and little to no sides. Have been keeping my diet clean for the most part, had eggs, fruit, beef, milk, water, and a chocolate chip muffin.

Day 5: 250mg
Slid in an extra 50mg because I thought I had underdosed myself the night before, as a catch-up dose. I knew even if I hadn't underdosed I'd be fine because 50mg is really not much. Although I did wake up early and in a slight sweat, not to the point of droplets forming though, really just a layer of moistness, my bedsheets and pillow were for the most part unharmed. I also woke up with a nosebleed, probably from higher blood pressure due to the DNP.

Day 6: 200mg
I began to feel more lethargic, especially in the mornings, standing up and moving at all felt like a chore.

Day 7: 200mg
I felt lethargic as usual, I woke up with a nosebleed, no significant sides, am beginning to notice a little less fat on my torso.

Day 8: 250mg
Am wanting to ramp up dosage to see if I can handle it, DNP crystal saturates in three days so I know that 200mg is quite fine with me. I want to hopefully work my way up to 400mg to see if I can tolerate it.

Day 9: 300mg
I woke up sweating again, but my bedsheets and pillow didn't get wet really

Day 10: 350mg
This day was hellish. I woke up sweating like a horse fresh off a race at 5 am and it felt like my stomach was twisting itself into a fisherman's knot. I went to the bathroom then went back to sleep, all was well for the most part, except my bedsheets, pillow, and blanket were lightly raped from me sweating up a storm.

I got back home after going out and I was gonna binge some goyslop for the day, I got two domino's pizzas and the cookie brownie, oh and it did taste heavenly. Little did I know I was going to get my stomach deflowered by some of the most gut-wrenching pain I had ever experienced. I noticed a few hours after binging on sweet sweet simple carbs that my stomach wasn't in the best state of affairs, I also had broken out in a sweat that had left droplets running down my face, this was the extent of the heat I felt. I had to make a few trips to the bathroom. No matter, right? It got so much worse, my stomach started to turn itself inside out. I tried going outside and purging what was in my stomach at the time to try and ease the pain, I couldn't get most of it to come up but it helped if even only a little bit.

I got some green apple electrolyte thing on the way home, I got the urge to vomit, threw up a buffalo sauce colored mixture and felt much better after. Although I woke up four or so times at around 2 AM feeling like shit with my stomach still hurting like hell, but eventually I was able to rest and woke up feeling right as rain.

Day 11: 0mg
I couldn't bring myself to take any the same night that my stomach nearly burst, although I did wake up sweating a fair bit nonetheless, I learned my lesson and stayed off of simple carbs for the day. I also should mention that everyday I'm taking a slew of supplements alongside my DNP, namely NAC and a B-Complex vitamin, and drinking around a gallon of water daily.

Day 12: 200mg
I woke up slightly sweaty, was a little inconvenient but very manageable, only feel heat when eating carbs. Carb cravings VERY high.

Day 13: 300mg
Of course, I woke up sweating a little, it was manageable, I showered and really didn't have any heat troubles until later in the day at a friends house I pigged out a little and had a nonzero amount of simple carbs, I felt a slightly uncomfortable amount of heat but it was very manageable, I will try to stay off of simple carbs, although the cravings are pretty bad.

Day 14: 400mg
I woke up sweating a fair amount, a few times actually, probably four or so times, it wasn't too bad, feels quite inconvenient though. Anyways, that wasn't the worst of it, I never sweated actively while in class, except for when doing a physical activity, which tracks just fine.

Although I felt pretty nauseous on the way home and as I write this right now. Probably because I ended up playing some basketball, that's when I started feeling it, sweated a good amount but didn't play terribly hard. Carb cravings are still through the roof, I ate a bag of apple slices and it tasted like heaven. My boxers also felt a little looser around me in the morning.

I woke up sweating around the same amount as yesterday, I spilled a few crystals on my left hand and I looked somewhat like a minion as a result. I've been supplementing caffeine, usually in the mornings, as it suppresses appetite. I feel like its been helping but a higher dose would help more, as would make sense. Actually hitting a high caffeine goal would be hard for me though.

Again, craved carbs the whole day, actually gave in because my family brought home a pie from dominos and the barbeque sauce on it tasted like actual drugs. I'm looking forward to potential future cycles where I can binge on goyslop without consequence.

I woke up sweaty and lethargic as usual, I trudged through classes, of course I was hot. I keep feeling my glutes slowly cramping after sitting for too long which sucks, I attribute this to an electrolyte issue. I had some fruit in the morning as I usually do, I don't think I've mentioned that, I usually have assorted bananas, strawberries, kiwis, and mangoes in the morning in a smaller bowl. After leaving school and going to hang out with friends my appetite was insatiable, I had pasta, around half of a loaf of sourdough, applesauce, protein bars, hot chocolate, the works, and to top off, I ended up going to a crepe place after around midnight.

This was definitely a day I pigged out, although I feel VERY good as I'm typing this, Carbs are definitely going to be more of a go for me on DNP from now on. As for why Dominos ended up shafting my stomach, I will attribute that to the greasiness of their food, as I've consumed tons of simple carbs and fats, and they sit just fine with my gut.

Day 17: 400mg
I was so tired after last night that I laid down in bed and nearly instantly went to sleep, I didn't even get the chance to put on my blanket, but I didn't need it. I woke up, predictably, sweating. Both of my shoulder joints felt very terrible, almost worst than excruciating pain, I had definitely exerted myself physically much more yesterday than on any other day. The DNP is multiplying soreness by multiple magnitudes, my shoulder genuinely felt so terrible.

I felt disgusting in the morning so I showered, I had some goyslop today, like yesterday, but I know that I'll stay on a way better diet after today so after having a bunch of dubai chocolate I went home and sweat my ass off into the night.

Day 18: 400mg

I woke up multiple times throughout the night sweating like a horse, I genuinely think I sweat out at least a third of a gallon, definitely from all the goyslop, I sweated on the bed like 4x more compared to the usual amount of sweat. I woke up a few times, once at around 3am, again a while later, with stomach pain. It felt pretty bad, but I didn't indulge in too much McDonalds which I thought would definitely rape my stomach. Anyways, I woke up sweating like a dog at 6am and said fuck it and stayed awake, less sleep was better for me at this point as waking up drenched was torturous. For the rest of the day I felt pretty good, could barely notice I was on DNP other than needing to keep the air conditioner on all day.

Day 19: 0mg

Got off DNP, felt that I was close to desired leanness, felt quite itchy at night

Day 20: 0mg

Itchy hell, was feeling like I was being eaten all day, sucked so bad

Day 21 and onwards

Finally got my hands on Diphenhydramine, been popping like 3-4 a day, Its currently the 24th day and itching still occurs pretty badly but the diphenhydramine/Benadryl has been working wonders, although I should have gotten a non-drowsy antihistamine. It's manageable nonetheless. Saves me from itchy hell. I weigh in at about 160 lbs, which means I lost ~10 pounds (I started at 173 lbs), 90% or so being fat. Definitely beats cutting for 6-8 weeks. Will most definitely be using again, most likely with a GLP-1 to really reap benefits. DNP was for the most part a good experience and I don't regret taking it in the slightest. Definitely noticed increased leanness in my body, mostly my waist, and my face has gotten leaner and overall a tad bit more defined. Nothing over the top though, that's what test is for.

Eating 2 pizzas in a sitting jfl. Should've taken tirz with the dnp but hey, you still lost 10 lbs so you arguably didn't "need" it. Should've taken some supplements and/or peptides for oxidative stress but 18 days on it isn't enough for permanent health effects.
I had a bunch of other stuff like Vitamin E and fruits and whatever else was antioxidative, but yes running a GLP-1 with it is definitely going to be a prio for me next time.

I can tell you have no idea what you're talking about lmao, carb heat was minimal all around, I didn't just decide to eat 300g of carbs out of nowhere, I gauged. I didn't even come close to dying. The weight lost was >90% muscle as I have visually seen after taking the substance, jfl at people still disparaging dnp

I couldn't bring myself to take any the same night that my stomach nearly burst, although I did wake up sweating a fair bit nonetheless, I learned my lesson and stayed off of simple carbs for the day. I also should mention that everyday I'm taking a slew of supplements alongside my DNP, namely NAC and a B-Complex vitamin, and drinking around a gallon of water daily.

Day 12: 200mg
I woke up slightly sweaty, was a little inconvenient but very manageable, only feel heat when eating carbs. Carb cravings VERY high.

Day 13: 300mg
Of course, I woke up sweating a little, it was manageable, I showered and really didn't have any heat troubles until later in the day at a friends house I pigged out a little and had a nonzero amount of simple carbs, I felt a slightly uncomfortable amount of heat but it was very manageable, I will try to stay off of simple carbs, although the cravings are pretty bad.

Day 14: 400mg
I woke up sweating a fair amount, a few times actually, probably four or so times, it wasn't too bad, feels quite inconvenient though. Anyways, that wasn't the worst of it, I never sweated actively while in class, except for when doing a physical activity, which tracks just fine.

Although I felt pretty nauseous on the way home and as I write this right now. Probably because I ended up playing some basketball, that's when I started feeling it, sweated a good amount but didn't play terribly hard. Carb cravings are still through the roof, I ate a bag of apple slices and it tasted like heaven. My boxers also felt a little looser around me in the morning.

Day 15: 400mg
I woke up sweating around the same amount as yesterday, I spilled a few crystals on my left hand and I looked somewhat like a minion as a result. I've been supplementing caffeine, usually in the mornings, as it suppresses appetite. I feel like its been helping but a higher dose would help more, as would make sense. Actually hitting a high caffeine goal would be hard for me though.

Again, craved carbs the whole day, actually gave in because my family brought home a pie from dominos and the barbeque sauce on it tasted like actual drugs. I'm looking forward to potential future cycles where I can binge on goyslop without consequence.

Day 16: 400mg
I woke up sweaty and lethargic as usual, I trudged through classes, of course I was hot. I keep feeling my glutes slowly cramping after sitting for too long which sucks, I attribute this to an electrolyte issue. I had some fruit in the morning as I usually do, I don't think I've mentioned that, I usually have assorted bananas, strawberries, kiwis, and mangoes in the morning in a smaller bowl. After leaving school and going to hang out with friends my appetite was insatiable, I had pasta, around half of a loaf of sourdough, applesauce, protein bars, hot chocolate, the works, and to top off, I ended up going to a crepe place after around midnight.

This was definitely a day I pigged out, although I feel VERY good as I'm typing this, Carbs are definitely going to be more of a go for me on DNP from now on. As for why Dominos ended up shafting my stomach, I will attribute that to the greasiness of their food, as I've consumed tons of simple carbs and fats, and they sit just fine with my gut.

Day 17: 400mg
I was so tired after last night that I laid down in bed and nearly instantly went to sleep, I didn't even get the chance to put on my blanket, but I didn't need it. I woke up, predictably, sweating. Both of my shoulder joints felt very terrible, almost worst than excruciating pain, I had definitely exerted myself physically much more yesterday than on any other day. The DNP is multiplying soreness by multiple magnitudes, my shoulder genuinely felt so terrible.

I felt disgusting in the morning so I showered, I had some goyslop today, like yesterday, but I know that I'll stay on a way better diet after today so after having a bunch of dubai chocolate I went home and sweat my ass off into the night.

Day 18: 400mg

I woke up multiple times throughout the night sweating like a horse, I genuinely think I sweat out at least a third of a gallon, definitely from all the goyslop, I sweated on the bed like 4x more compared to the usual amount of sweat. I woke up a few times, once at around 3am, again a while later, with stomach pain. It felt pretty bad, but I didn't indulge in too much McDonalds which I thought would definitely rape my stomach. Anyways, I woke up sweating like a dog at 6am and said fuck it and stayed awake, less sleep was better for me at this point as waking up drenched was torturous. For the rest of the day I felt pretty good, could barely notice I was on DNP other than needing to keep the air conditioner on all day.

Day 19: 0mg

Got off DNP, felt that I was close to desired leanness, felt quite itchy at night

Day 20: 0mg

Itchy hell, was feeling like I was being eaten all day, sucked so bad

Day 21 and onwards

Finally got my hands on Diphenhydramine, been popping like 3-4 a day, Its currently the 24th day and itching still occurs pretty badly but the diphenhydramine/Benadryl has been working wonders, although I should have gotten a non-drowsy antihistamine. It's manageable nonetheless. Saves me from itchy hell. I weigh in at about 160 lbs, which means I lost ~10 pounds (I started at 173 lbs), 90% or so being fat. Definitely beats cutting for 6-8 weeks. Will most definitely be using again, most likely with a GLP-1 to really reap benefits. DNP was for the most part a good experience and I don't regret taking it in the slightest. Definitely noticed increased leanness in my body, mostly my waist, and my face has gotten leaner and overall a tad bit more defined. Nothing over the top though, that's what test is for.
