Good shit bhai, most important thing tho is to stay consistent with most of this shit. Some of it could be cope, so if you’re not consistent, narrow it down to the most important shit.

yeah it’s very easy to just rot away and not do any of this but hoping to stay disciplined, maybe the test i’m on will help with motivation too once it’s kicks in

Very true, kinda wanna hop on test but I’m still 16. Might have to take a page from claviculars book lol.

i’d say it’s your gym age that matters more than your actual age, but that being said you are quite young, i waited about 1.5 years to hop on maybe still too early for my gym age even tho i’m 21
