my doctor wanted me to get some tests done

the full blood count results are ready, everything else is still processing

I was surprised to see that everything is good despite my shitty diet and lifestyle

i don't drink water
cant recall when i last willingly ate a vegetable/fruit that hasn't been mixed into frozen sludge
i exercise 2x weekly maximum

but even that is just on the lower side, it's still in the reference range, not like a crazy deficiency

ill just supplement or maybe include some new things in my diet
