How good or bad is it for a guy that is coming back after 2 years without gymmceling?

I started at 64kg and 1,85m
I am at 85kg and 1,85m but I think I am skinny fat (not quite but I am)

then I start fighting and stop gymceling and lost a lot of my gains if not all... and I am coming back

been doing full body for 3 weeks now, 3x a week, is it too bad? I am on a cutting diet

PPL/UPPER LOWER
is the best split

I am doing manual labor everyday, it is almost impossible for me to train one muscle a day only, sadly it is hard for now since I am a begginer

if I destroy one muscle I won't be able to work the other day, I need to have my phisical condition in a workable situation thats why I choose full body, is it really that bad to do full body?

Nah based on what u said it seems like full body suits u the most

I just prefer to do PPL/upper low cus I don’t do shit on the side

Full body is great if u know how to correctly train by doing low volume and high intensity just make sure not to do a shit ton of sets and reps like you’d do in any other split there’s plenty of tutorials online

Due to my bad experiences with fullbody(was fatigued from squatting 3x a week, got to 150lb bench for 5 yet made no gains, stuff at end of workout never progressed, gained only fat on bulk despite high protein)

I’d say it’s not great. It’s hard to get enough volume to grow, and to hit a muscle when it’s fresh on fullbody. Nobody ik who got jacked did so on fullbody, and there’s a reason most of the guys promoting it got that jason blaha/mark rippentoe build.

If you can make it work for you, cool, but i’d recommend a push pull legs 5x a week, 1 leg day 2 back, 2 chest, that’s been working for me to progress shit, got me to 45lb weighted dip, 9 bodyweight pullups up from 0, but if you cannot gym 5x a week, my second choice would be a 4x a week Upper/Lower split. You won’t be able to isolate each muscle as well or get ideal volume for upper body but at least you’ll probably grow. There’s no need to sacrifice the intensity you put into a set, and volume for a muscle all for the sake of hitting it 3x a week instead of 2x a week.

PPL/UPPER LOWER
is the best split
What i’m doing rn is PPLPP while i’m cutting but i’ve been thinking of changing to PPL/upper lower inorder to hit hamstrings 2x a week when I start my bulk, Got trouble structuring the upper day as i’d have to cram in chest(2 exercises), back(2 exercises), arms, shoulders, etc.

How do you do it?
