I can have hollow cheeks when im lean but I wanna bulk and get bigger while having a lean face, and some fat makes my eye area slightly better

You need your buccal fat and almost always it’s the subcutaneous fat that makes you look fat. What you could do is in general or especially if you were once fat is get lean and then do some aqualyx but also there be careful to have an overall even fat distribution in the end like get smart where you do it and how much and ideally it would be in a clinic and not diy. Then you have a better base for your lean bulk.

I personally got it and I am happy with the results. My face stayed kinda full even when I was really lean, it was mostly because my face retained subcutaneous fat, but removing buccal fat pads fully really helped me, people tell me I look so much leaner and different.

Get it if you want to, but if you can already have a lean face at low bodyfat, it's kinda meh, not worth it I guess? You can always just lean bulk and gain as little fat as possible, but I aint yo daddy so yeah, decide urself.
