Ofc optimal best is to have wide AND full upper and lower lips,

but when having the choice or when rating lips on men overall, I never know what's considered a priority in PSL for rating lips,

is it width or fullness preferred for lips on men overall ( given you can't have both) ?

fullness is more important. width is good but not reqd. u need to have kissable lips cant kiss what is not there

Width is the most important, because it is much harder to fix than fullness. If you have a narrow mouth as an adult, only bimax with SARPE can widen it (and not that much), besides some risky and obscure mouth widening surgery. If you have thin lips, fillers can fix them.

will ccw bimax alone also make mouth wider by stretching soft tissue?

Don't know. It's too technical for me, but I've been told that you can expand the palate with a Lefort and also do SARPE for the lower jaw (genioplasty with bone grafts in the middle of the chin), that expands both the upper and lower palate and as such the mouth. It's the surgical equivalent of MSE + MSDO.

Width. Quite a few guys get away with thin upper lips.

Thin and wide with defined cupid's bow. Without cupid's bow lips look bad.

narrow full lips look like fish lips usually bad
