Depop Droppshipping
Dropshipping is dead as fuck, but this is how I managed to actually make money from it
Step 1:
First of all set up a UK, US or Austrailian account (if your not in either of these regions or your too broke to buy a phone number or vpn ur kinda fucked)
The US and UK is basically what makes up most of the active users.

Set up your account, and just like things favourite them add things to basket

You should do this for at least an hour maybe more

Personally I did this for about an hour for like 3 days.
The reason for this is because depop will remove your listings or shadowban your account
if it feels your a bot
Step 2:
Good Account Setup
I recommend setting a niche before you even start listing products

Set your name as the niche something like janesy2k or something

You don't have to but me and my friend found success in this)
Find a random girl on pinterest and use that as your pfp
Taylor Swift and Lana Del Ray also work really well

Get AI to make you a bio ​

I'll show you me and my Friends​

These both work really well because you just look like some girl selling the most wank clothes ever

Make sure to include the International Shipping
I wouldn't recommened the speedy shipping
(Your shits gonna take at least 4 days to arrive)

Next you wanna go to your Selling Hub and on shipping and set it to Other instead of Depop Shipping

I would also recommend going on peoples profiles with a lot of following or followers and just following as many people as you can as you will gain a lot of followers from it
Then just unfollow them after so you have more followers than following


Step 3:
Find your products
Go on ali express search a buzzword:
"Y2k Graphic Tee"
Just bullshit like that you gotta find something with choice shipping and make sure it doesn't take more than a week to arrive
Don't sell it at more than a 2-3x markup depending on the price

Once you've found a product you think will sell and has a good price download the images using a browser extenstion
I personally use AliSave
You can save all slider images and it makes a folder of all the images
DONT FUCKING SCREENSHOT IT YOU MONG
Get a free trial on photo room
You can just keep repeating this with a new email
Drag the images in and use the background ai thing and use the minimalist one
Make sure to add shadows if the background doesn't do a good job
Depop has a bot that detects images from ali express so you literally have to do this
Stick your images into depop use AI and just send it the front of the shirt, jeans or whatever your selling
Tell it to make a depop description including emoji's and 5 hashtags

I'll include an example you can put in ChatGPT and just ask it to replicate this but for the item you are selling:

Yellow beanie with Jake the Dog embroidery
Clean simple piece but stands out heavy, proper cartoon/Y2K vibe


Super soft knit, fits nice and snug — perfect for everyday wear or winter fits
No flaws, still in great condition

You wanna see the stats of your items and see whats doing it
You aren't losing any money until the item sells and its only like 11 percent I think
Depop pushes it so much more because they want their 2 pound cut

Repeat this
LIST AT LEAST 3-5 ITEMS A DAY
If your not doing anything you can crank out like 10 in your depop drafts and then just post them over the next couple days
Once you are actually find good products you just hit flowstate


Step 4:
Shipping
For me personally it took about 2 days to get a sale and I got 2 in the same hour
You always want to ship the same day as when people view you products it will say something like
"This seller often ships same day"

When using depop other shipping it will give you their name and address literally just screenshot your product and paste it into aliexpress and sometimes you can find one thats on sale or better shipping or you can just keep a spreadsheet like I did when I first started

Buy the order put their name and address in, for phone number you can literally just put a random 11 numbers

After buying go on the order and click marked as shipped, it will ask you to put in a tracking number and shit but you literally don't have to
A lot of the time people don't even ask but if they do just say you'll try to find it as you did in the post office or some shit like that.

Step 5:
£200 Pound Richer
Realistically you really won't make much from this unless you are posting 5 items a day and even then you don't want to put too much as there is risks
Droppshipping is against Depop TOS
Along with that their is a chance for a package to arrive in AliExpress Package
You won't get banned for this but a potential bad review or refund request
You will also need money to start this as money doesn't release from Depop for 14 days after a sale, which is crazy dopamine if you hit a good day
14 Days later and you get a fat 100 landing in your bank
Which for me a 15 year old I would consider a good amount
I would recommend you put some money to the side get as many orders as you can afford and then go on vacation mode
(Basically people can still like,favourite and add it to their basket but they can't buy it)
You still have traction and when you come off vacation mode you will get a sale in less than a day
I came off vacation mode and got a sale 2 hours later
Once you make hella depop bands you can get all the bitches

These past week I haven't posted a single product but once your shop has traction depop just does all the work for you
