Notes on patient:
-Already installed conservative supra implants
-Already installed inframalars
-Overly sloped forehead
-Too open nasofrontal angle
-Tapered
-Asymmetry
-Overall lack of volume on frontal bone

Implant notes:
-Reduced tapering and asymmetry (as can be seen from top-down and buttom-up view)
-Created a tighter nasofrontal angle
-Reduced sloping
-Dropped supras down
-Overall added volume to whole frontal bone
-Implant aimed at staying within his natural contours and just improve them

As always curious on people's thoughts.
Ask away if you're wondering about something design wise

Is this guy Mizrahi Jewish? I can't tell where the forehead ends but it still looks like his forehead is sloped unideally in image 6. Maybe it's to do with limits? Leads on to my question

Would this level of transformation be possible with implants?

Been tryna figure out if this is a viable way to advance the squamous of the frontal bone to achieve a tall stereotypical Nordic forehead

I would assume that this is your design, if yes, would love to see results.

example: https://exploreplasticsurgery.com/female-forehead-implant-augmentation-concepts/

from website: "Peak projection 5-7mm" tho this was female

More should be possible with prior surgical skin stretching appliance used for a couple weeks before implant surgery, but ask ur surgeon

Interesting

I think it's the max they could do on her before it became disharmonious since female foreheads don't have pronounced glabella that can act as a sort of reverse shelf for the forehead

Project too much and now you look like a beluga with implants bossing of the forehead

Or it could limited due to how the soft tissue responds to having a giant sheet of x material with y thickness underneath it

Yo tony is it ok if i pm u I’m tryna get implants soon and would like ur thoughts

Is this guy Mizrahi Jewish?
This is the mossad infiltration package.

Would this level of transformation be possible with implants?
Yes, that first morph would be possible. But like someone mentioned it depends how tight your scalp is. Might need to have a tissue expander installed for a while before placing the implant. In person consult with a qualified doctor would be needed to figure out the best approach

I'm mirin your work Tony, looking forward to seeing any future work!

Are you going to do any soft tissue anchoring?

Where’s the screw holes ?

Is it a Peek implant ?

Why no perfusion holes? Are you not worrying about bone resorption with such a big implant and no of flow to the bone ?
