There are a lot of things that are bonerfuel so here’s what I have to say:
1. Take these supplements:
- Any multivitamin that has at least 15 mg zinc in it
- 300 mg magnesium
- 6 mg boron
- 10,000 IU Vitamin D
- 1000 mg Ashwaghandha
2. Get a good gym workout
Hit new pr’s on your lifts by sweating a lot if you know you have then you burned a lot of calories. Blood is rushing everywhere and you feel a pump in your muscles.
3. Have the ultra anabolic post workout meal
Create this:
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 300 g minced beef
- Oregano and basil
- Black peoper
- Spaghetti
You probably know what recipe this is anyways (bolognese) make this and your test levels will shoot up.
4. Start edging 2 hours after finishing your meal: Take your shirt and pants off. Start by pressing down your dick with the top of your underwear don’t touch it as this can ruin the edging process.
