Can u tell how much of the things u use mentioned above and u can tint ur lahes often cause very dark lashes don't look uncanny but brows can be uncanny
Supplements I consume all of them, it takes 2 mins in the morning. Skincare, I use all, but not all on the same day. I never skip Vitamin C and Niacinamide serums (morning/night), suncreen daily, adapalene(or tret) night, moistirizer and hyauluronic serum daily, others I use the random days throughout the week, but they still important.

Extra virging olive oil is must have chugging that shit down, also flaxseed oil. Very important is drinking gelatin powder and collagen peptides daily. NO SUGAR!, low carbs with low glycemic index, no prosecced at all, no saturated fat, no frying or overheating.

Green tea daily as much as possible, also pure cocoa powder daily drinking for flavanoids and polythenols.

Still I have plenty of concording studies on extra virgin olive oil like those where it is used as a repair procedure to treat diabetic ulcers, so way more damage than just common skin problems, what do u respond to this?

- White tea > green tea (2hrs steeped in 6-8fl.oz. cold water)
- Astragalus (extract, astragalaside IV, cycloastragenol)
- Pterostilbene > resveratrol
- Only use topical HA in humid environments or if you have a humidifier in your room (polyglutamic acid serum if no)
- Garlic extract > powder
- Sauna daily (20-30mins, 150+ degrees)
- Avoid moisturizers
- Slug your skin every night after skincare or tretinoin (petroleum jelly or coconut oil; make face shiny)
- Skip alpha-lipoic acid

White tea has the same antioxidants as green tea but at a greater quantity and concentration. This surplus protects collagen better than green tea. Also, white tea can be steeped in cold or hot water for max benefits, green tea's benefits only emerge from steeping in cold water.

I use both, tretinoin 0.5% and azelaic acid 20%, and no cream-lotion moisturizers. Moisturizers program your epidermal cells to seek hydration from an external source instead of local. This is why I said slug, slugging is just oil, something the skin already produces and will coat and protect it from dryness without shutting down the mother cells. Think about TRT, exogenous T shuts down the testes because the body recognizes a locally produced compound being supplied elsewhere than itself. Same with moisturizers (over time). If anything, use beef tallow and reserve moisturizers for only when you absolutely need it (i.e. over exfoliation, extreme cold weather, etc.) Moisturizers shouldn't be treated as a daily thing, more like pro re nata

I tried to make green tea in cold water and it never works, like it doesnt dissolve almost at all, so I end up drinking plain water in that case. So I pour 70% cold water and 30% hot water into tea kettle

Here's the source regarding the water temperature for best anti-aging teas like green and white. Maybe you're not letting the tea soak long enough in the cold. With green tea and cold water, I let it sit for two hours before tasting.

Yeah, but I dont use much, it just lightly reduces redness and makes skin look a bit smoother. For moistirizer I change them a lot often, since they all have similar ingridients, as for SPF, I use two actually,
first the base one is La roche-posay anthelios uvmune fluid spf50+/ppd56,
second one is tinted La roche-posay anthelios cc spf50/ppd19
 
Good sleep is also very underrated, people who get less than 8 hours of sleep everyday age drastically faster
Also + on the dut, it protects hair , heart, prostate and skin, literally mogger drug of choice for anti aging

Green tea daily as much as possible, also pure cocoa powder daily drinking for flavanoids and polythenols.

I use both, tretinoin 0.5% and azelaic acid 20%, and no cream-lotion moisturizers. Moisturizers program your epidermal cells to seek hydration from an external source instead of local. This is why I said slug, slugging is just oil, something the skin already produces and will coat and protect it from dryness without shutting down the mother cells. Think about TRT, exogenous T shuts down the testes because the body recognizes a locally produced compound being supplied elsewhere than itself. Same with moisturizers (over time). If anything, use beef tallow and reserve moisturizers for only when you absolutely need it (i.e. over exfoliation, extreme cold weather, etc.) Moisturizers shouldn't be treated as a daily thing, more like pro re nata

Yes and no. The human body is extremely nuanced regarding the production and cessation of locally produced / endogenous compounds that have the potential to be sourced exogenously such as testosterone. It also depends on the absorption of said compound. Supplementing orally with hyaluronic acid and collagen longterm shows no adverse effects on the bodily production of either, and in fact benefits adults that suffer from a shortage due to age, though both are not absorbed 100% like a topical TRT patch or moisturizer would be. Vitamin D and melatonin supplementation pose no affect on production either, but do come with the potential for building a dose-dependent tolerance. Hyaluronic acid serum is absorbed by the skin, yes, but does not reach the dermis where it would be most benefiting, unless applied after wound trauma like microneedling. In essence, it depends on what you are targeting and which compound you are using and how (topical, oral, sublingual, etc.) and whether said compound is naturally occurring or something the body can't make exclusively. I only became aware of this by stumbling across female reddit one day that linked to an article featuring a bigwig dermatologist. A good rule of thumb would be to analyze your skin and deduce whether it meets clinical preqrequisites necessitating intervention, like if you are currently using a retinoid or you have legit clinical dry skin like eczema. If not, then you should merely feed your skin what it needs to moisturize itself positively like with topical oisl. Oils like squalene and coconut aren't produced naturally and therefore pose no risk to bodily production.

After microneedling how are you supposed to live, do you just live in the dark and hide inside your house ? I microneedled once and couldnt leave the house for a week. My face was so red and with blood crusts, how do fuck are you supposed to reintegrate society before being healed which takes weeks ?
