lmao fs I already have the trimax + infras approved threw insurance and I get pre orthodontics on the 14th (infras are out of pocket but trimax is covered)

Eye and mouth are your biggest falios atm. Maybe I'm not seeing it with these frauded pics but trimax is low ROI if you factor in recovery time in prime years & other surgical delays.

Nah bro I am recessed this is my ct scan I have no forward growth and need CCW rotation Trimax is mando and yes other surgery’s would probably ascend me more but without Trimax I’ll be recessed for life and I can’t get any of these before Trimax bc Trimax is gonna effect my whole middle and lower third, I mean I could but it’s better to do them after atleast that’s the advice I’ve got from my surgeon correct me if I’m wrong

I’m going to expand the maxilla during my trimax, results are gonna minimal mouth width wise but correcting my bite and jaw asymmetry could make my mouth appear bigger we’ll see, it will deff be a bit wider after if not tho I’ll be getting commissuroplasty I haven’t even had my first surgical planning with my surgeon yet I will after I get my orthodontics

Yes asymmetry is like the biggest factor into getting it covered by insurance besides sleep apnea

I doubt it but i couldn’t really tell you bc i have all the other problems I mentioned as well, but if you have really bad asymmetry it’s going to effect your bite and that could be enough if not atleast partial coverage and sleep apnea is easy to fake if you snore at all your going to stop breathing during your sleep here and there most likely, they tried to make me wear a cpap mask for 90 days to fix it when I was getting evaluated and I just told them I can’t because I get claustrophobic
