Here's the full step-by-step guide on how I went from a boneless mango jaw soy twink to a dripped out AI generated african prince jawmogger

1. Rock hard gum
I dont mean chew on mastic gum or chew on falim gum. Both of those shits taste like ass and are highly toxic. There is a underground gum brand i use that delivers a lot of bang for your buck, tastes hella good, is like 5x harder than mastic gum, and you dont have to keep it in the freezer and all that shit. PM me i am gatekeeping so it doesnt go viral on tiktok.
If your bitch made just start with mastic gum since half of you niggas wouldnt even be able to chew it anyways. I started with mastic gum and got some decent starter gains

chewing works in 2 different ways
1. Mechanical Stimulation
Chewing gum will cause mechanical stimulation to your bones aiding in adding more density and possibly thickening over time if you take plenty of vitamin d and other vitamins

2. Masateer Workout
It trains the biggest muscle in your jaw the massateers which is partially what causes the flared gonian effect (if you look at my before and after pics youll notice there isnt much difference in bone but more of a difference in flaring). The muscle also slightly pulls on bones causing additional mechanical stimulation

2. Electro Therapy
I used a electro therapy device and attached it to my jaw every night and let it run all night. Obviously the frequency was low so it took a while for noticeable results from it. I think its called a tens device or some shit like that

3. Limit Sodium Intake
We want mogger jaws but we dont want bloated jaws like this

so you need to debloat and limit sodium intake. Make sure your also drinking lots of water and getting enough pottasium

Now I do notice when i chew it causes huge bloating intitially but after a few days to weeks the bloating stops and it results in permanent gains

4. Hyoid Stretching
Hyoid bone contributes to jaw in 2 ways
- helps the rest of the jaw develop and helps with some forward growth
- helps your overall jaw/neck area look more defined for that maximum psl god effect

Theres even a proven hyoid workout ive been doing for about a year where you open your mouth as wide as possible for 10 seconds, take a 10 second break 10 times for 3 sets

i dont follow this shit since its for old ass mfs so i do like 8 sets and 5 second breaks for maximum gains

5. Only do if in puberty. Take testosterone it will help with natural jaw development in combination with the other methods
never did this but if your in puberty do it

Note: Be sure to do all these excersizes to both sides of your jaw. About 2 months in my left jaw was bigger than my right jaw so i had to spend the next few months doing excersizes only on one side which was painful as fuck. Even to this day my left jaw is slightly bigger cause i just work them out equally now but once i reached the full psl overlord levels of jaw ill work on evening them out


Can also be combined with fillers or any surgeries if you want to even jawmog me
