If you want to get interested in your heightmaxxing, research insulin and injecting insulin shots to artificially control your glucose levels, which technically means you can artificially control your IGF-1 levels. Or maybe, research long-acting HGH, as long-acting HGH you only have to inject once every 5 days, and studies have shown it's been effective for height growth.

If you inject insulin wrong you could kill yourself so i wouldn't recommend it on this forum

What do you think about slin pills tho? They are insulin mimetics AFAIK
