I've trained fighting multiple opponents, if you want to train fighting multiple opponents you need to kick. It's good to train both MMA and Boxing.

You need footwork and balance vs multiple opponents, not throwing bs fancy kicks.

First things first is to a order a good punching bag online and get it shipped to you or go to your local Boxing/MMA gym and ask them and pay them for a good punching bag. Your punching bag shouldn't be either too soft or too hard, it should be optimum softness to absorb the blow and hardness to not swing about and condition your knuckles.

Give yourself time with the punching bag. Slowly let your mind dictate your punches. It is better to slowly develop your punching ability, especially freestyling than watching videos of other fighters and copying them.

As you keep punching the bag harder and harder you will get better at punches.

Learn the basics, jabs and rearhand punches.

Everybody is unique. As you train and get into fights, your fight IQ will increase and you will develop your own style.

Choose which style you like Boxing or Muay Thai.

Religiously watch MMA fights. Free UFC and One championship videos on YouTube and pay for the pay per view UFC fights.

Once you get better with your punching bag routine, watch and learn from experts and do Shadowboxing.

Train every fucking day for 4-5 hrs at least. You may take breaks in-between that's okay.

Don't be afraid to get into real life street fights. Man up. Life is harsh, painful and unfair but you must struggle through it to be victorious. As you get into fights you will learn from experience, get used to fighting and get better.

Join an MMA forum and surround yourself with like minded individuals to get a fighters mentality.

Bonus song to hype you up

I want to inspire you because you're an incel and I know what it feels like.

There was alot of force even though he was cocking his hand back and aiming it higher. Very difficult thing to do. The Chad didn't move away and punch him back. Probably got caught off guard.

Kid has potential but these type of single punches don't fly in a Boxing/MMA match.

You need to mix up jabs and rearhand punches to be unpredictable and difficult to read.

Didn't train today

This is hilarious

As usual woke up and started kicking the metal bars on my sidewalk path. Then shadowboxed punches and kicked the concrete columns at my bus stop. Kicked lamp posts too.

Got me started. Thinking of doing footwork today.

Will start doing visualizations today as I always do. Maybe also incorporate fight study.

Song for motivation

I don't like BJJ very much tbh. But I have to learn it because it's important and unavoidable in MMA.

My base for MMA is Boxing and Kickboxing.

I like wrestling too.

I think the best base for MMA is Boxing specialization with kickboxing and wrestling.

I'm not an expert so I have no right to comment.

When I watch UFC fights I always skip the grappling part because it bores me.

It's all about what your interests are and where your strengths lie.

If you wake up in the morning and tell yourself "alright I'm gonna do some Boxing" and it motivates you to get off your lazy ass and train then that's your base/favourite style and you should do it.

Of course training in a gym under the guise of a coach is easier because they tell you what to do.

It's like being in the military vs training yourself all alone.

But believe me, I have what it takes, I motivate myself to train alone everyday.

Boxing is an integral part of MMA because there are no fights without any punches.

The basic human instinct is either to punch or wrestle someone.

Boxing is great. More high T, more primeval, more slick, more technical etc etc

Jabs, crosses, rears, hooks I absolutely love it

The difference between Boxing and MMA is that MMA has kicks and grappling mixed in. So it has more variety, more options.

MMA is more realistic in a street fight.

I would like to see Boxers transitioning to MMA and bringing their skills into UFC.

Boxing is more of "barrage of attacks" compared to UFC.

You see Boxing combinations in MMA fights too but it's not as continous as Boxing.

If you have the mental toughness to do Boxing you can surely do MMA.

Of course I need to do alot of training and getting into sparring and study different styles and techniques to comment.

lol "pillow fisted". According to delusional meathead dwarf Joe Rogan, Conor McGregor supposedly had "legitimate scary one-punch KO power" after knocking out a bunch of glass-jawed ufc midgets. Predictaby, he was exposed has having zero power against little old Floyd.

Jon Jones cant punch for shit either. He doesn't even have the confidence to compete without juicing.

mma has never been any concern to the top boxers in the world. Tyson Fury could buy & sell Ngannou 10* over. If the ufc fighters ever start getting paid big money maybe that will change.

lol delusional little Joe predicting the exact opposite of the future. 10 years after this cringefest the biggest star in the ufc was running over to boxing for some real money.

Thanks for proving my point.

Jon Jones wouldn’t need to throw a punch to end a boxers life. As Sonnen said, Jones would end Tyson and Ali in the same night.

Yeah, we know boxers like to cherry pick fights and pad their records. It’s why I lost interest. Boxing cards are built around a subpar main event. UFC cards are stacked from top to bottom. Compare a top draw MMA fighter innMcGregor to Fury, and not Ngannou, kek. McGregor mogs that peon to hell and back. Messi mogs Tyson in terms of income, your point? By that measure Fury is a loser that couldn’t compete in football so he had to throw pillow hands with cans. Deontae Wilder being a top heavyweight boxer tells me all I need to know about your sport. MMA has swallowed boxing whole. Your sport is dead in the water.

Rogan was right on the money 💰
Boxing fans can’t even name the top three in each respective division
Are you fucking retarded? Again, he literally predicted the EXACT OPPOSITE of the future;

"The famous people that you have right now are the only famous people who are gonna exist in the future for boxing. The De La Hoyas, the Hopkins, the Jermain Taylors. The guys that were already famous before the ufc came along. There will be no new ones, they will all go to mma".

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: Joe talks utter drivel. And don't get me started on the Ronda Rousey delusions.

The best fighters - if they're good enough - simply follow the money.

You do realize that if Tyson & Ali had ever bothered to train mma, all of Jones' advantages would be completely canceled out?

In the uk alone Anthony Joshua's ppvs still outsells the ufc.

MMA has "swallowed boxing whole" ? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:. You're delusional. mma is ZERO concern to boxing.

Before he was given a payday in boxing by Mayweather, McGregor is also a broke nobody compared to Fury.

Obviously football "mogs" both sports.

"By that measure Fury is a loser that couldn’t compete in football so he had to throw pillow hands with cans." <-- this is nonsensical :ROFLMAO:.

Hypotheticaly, if they trained to a level to cancel him out they’d be able to cancel him out. Their boxing skills would be a fraction what they are if they trained MMA to Jones level.

UFC 2022 PPV sales smother boxing

And vice versa. For the same reason I’m of no concern to the most successful men listed in Forbes. Love seeing your favorite boxers in the crowd eyeing MMA events.

McGregor status mog, frame it however you want. McGregor built and sold that fight, anyways.

Post the ppv numbers.

lol yes, forget 49-0 TBE Mayweather who was the name & face of boxing with his $200m contracts. McGregor & his $5m paydays built & sold it.

Did muay thai for a while before changing to mma classes cuz i needed bjj and wrestling experience. Eventually I want to do amateur mma fights in the UK but not at that level yet. Personally enjoyed muay thai more, it just felt more ruthless and as you said about boxing more primeval, although I still enjoy grappling and rolling.

In fact this coming Summer I'm going Thailand to do a muay thai fight camp for a while just cuz i love everything about the sport and it's culture+traditions

Still nice tho watching ufc fights (good example is the islam vs charles fight) and understanding everything behind the moves during bjj parts.

Nice Bhai.

Muay Thai is great, it's a rawer/more ruthless/hardcore version of kickboxing.

Alot more Southpaws in Thailand, that's great for me too.

I thought about training Muay Thai in Thailand too lol.

Most MMA gyms in Singapore have Muay Thai trainers too.

That is good bro, BJJ is based if you have good takedown skills. I injured my arm so I've been out of action for last 2 weeks jfl

I was with a newbie and he tried doing an americana, I think he fucked it somehow and I heard a popping noise - I think it is ulnar collateral ligament tear. It didn't hurt or anything. Even now it doesn't hurt, but for like a day or two my elbow felt really unstable, like it would just pop out lol. I think I'm probs all good for training again soon.

Takedowns are giga important in MMA, top position is king my nigga.

Might be worth checking out just to be safe, tendon and ligament injuries can be serious and give more long term issues than bone frctures like what i had. fuckn injuries man, every 2 weeks since i started i always felt like i fucked something jfl.

Yeh man agreed takedowns ive realised are mad important, I just hate training them cuz my knees and toes get omega cucked by mat burns, hopefully i'll get used to them
