Thoughts on composite bonding I do kickboxing and regularly do hard sparring 2-3 times a week and occasionally fight amateur level I wear a mouth guard but obviously there are still risks how likely is it to get chipped I don’t really want to be constantly getting them fixed if they chip easily especially if I’m getting punched and kicked in the face.
