Full mouth dental implants to expedite bimax

I’m not planning on doing this personally but I’m curious if anyone ever investigated it.

I had this idea since veneers and implants are incredibly popular here in the UK and you see ads all the time for stuff like this in Turkey:

Could you skip the whole orthodontic part of bimax entirely by simply having your teeth all pulled and replaced with an all-on-4 implant giving the correct occlusion?
