After years of experience I’ve realised sodium/salt has a big effect on facial leanness and it roughly takes 3~ days of low salt to flush it out again.
I haven’t come to any conclusion regarding carbs effecting face bloat although I do think they have an effect on stomach bloat.
Plan is to look lean this Friday + Saturday as I’m going out both night…
Problem is I’ve noticed my muscles look flat with low salt and carb - I want to achieve full muscles with a lean face. I was planning on usual diet of low salt meats with cashew nuts and adding potatoes as carb source to add muscle fullness and for the lean face from potassium.
Anyone tried this?
