Welcome to my first guide

What is your PFH?
Your PFH also known as your palpebral fissure height is the vertical distance between the lower and upper eyelid.

Why does it matter?
The reason this matters is because it can have a significant impact and make or break the eye area as it effects sclera show and is optimal in attractiveness for males.

What causes a high pfh?

Zygomatic bone
The Zygomatic bone features a small bony prominence called Whitnalls tubercle, The lateral palpebral ligament inserts directly here anchoring the lateral canthus depending on its prominence your PFH may be effected.

Orbital Rim
The Orbital Septum has a fibrous barrier that goes right along the barrier of the infraorbitals and supraorbitals. A recessed orbital rim alters the tension of the septum which causes the soft tissue to sag creating a more feminine shitty eye area.:soy:

How can you fix this?
Bonesmashing
“Muhhhh bonesmashing is cope” “how will that save a high pfh”
Let me cook, as we discussed earlier zygomatic prominence can effect your pfh in certain ways think of the zygomatic bone as a floor for the lower eyelid the taller the floor gets the closer it gets to the ceiling (the upper eyelid) so if you raise the lower lid enough the closure can slightly increase. I’m not gonna go over how to bone mash or go into detail as there are plenty of other threads available for that just know for this you would need to target your frontal and lateral zygomatics.
(Very Minimal Results)

Squinting (temporary)

self explanatory

Blepharoplasty
Basically the point of this surgery is to remove excess skin from the eyelids which may be causing sagging skin.
IMG 0166

For upper eyelids, the surgeon cuts along the fold of the eyelid. The surgeon removes some excess skin, muscle and possibly fat. Then the surgeon closes the cut. On the lower lid, the surgeon makes a cut just below the lashes in your eye's natural crease or inside the lower lid. The surgeon removes or redistributes excess fat, muscle and sagging skin. Then the surgeon closes the cut.

Anddd done first guide don’t be to critical and let me know what to improve on.
