I’m open to any suggestion to add or remove

also would I have to alter this before hopping on cycle?

Everything over 1mg Melatonin doesnt do shit. For better sleep use an oral orexin antagonist

It’s just placebo for me

the gummies taste good and I programmed myself to be sleepy an hour after eating it
