For some context, I am 15 almost 16, around 170-180 cm and 115 lbs. I want to better myself as a person and also just want to feel and look better. Lmk if i’m coping and feel free to leave tips.
PEDs
Probably gonna get some bloodwork done before and during my cycle. I will be running 500mg of Test E 3x10ml vials dosed at 250mg/ml for 15 weeks. Will use Aromasin as my AI and Nolvadex for my PCT. Will follow a guide and have done my research.
Diet
Not much to be said here, will stick to a whole foods and healthy diet. (not that hard) Bulk up
Gym
Will roidmaxx and stay consistent to my split to get a physique halo, overall goal is 77-90kg.
Asymmetry
Face is asymmetrical, but I cannot tell if it’s the bone structure or an underlying cause like TMJ or bite not sitting evenly. (last photo) To fix my asymmetry I will do orofacial myofunctional therapy and face exercises. (lmk if this is cope or not)
Posture
My posture is horrible and it messing up my structure. Here’s a list of things wrong with my posture:
To fix winged scapula=train back, for forward posture I will do chin tucks and neck curls daily aswell as spinal decompressions. To fix my anterior pelvic tilt I will have to align my pelvis back, so I will strengthen my glutes and lower back muscles as well as exercises and stretches to re-align my pelvis. For my diaphragm I will do deep breathing for at least 1 hr a day, and balance my diaphragm.
Muscle imbalances= just go gym
Fascia
I have a tight fascia and muscle tension in my face which is pulling me out of alignment. To fix this I will just do fascia release+lymphatic drainage(cope lmao?)
Proper Tounge Posture
I don’t have a lot of forward growth, so I will practice proper tongue posture applying equal force on the palate and teeth lightly touching. I doubt this will widen my palate at this age but better to try then not try at all.
Facial aesthetics and Forward Growth
I don’t have much forward growth and am considering getting MARPE at 18 but so far i’m still researching ways to project my maxilla and widen my palate. Eye area isn’t bad or good and it doesn’t bother me much so I won’t really bother much with it. My gonial angle, chin, and ramus are pretty cooked and my facial third is narrow. (Feel free to point out anything I missed) To fix this I will do my BS routine and hit all orbitals with the back of a hammer to induce fibrosis and make the area appear bigger. Fixing my posture will also contribute some to fixing these.
Hair
My hair is quite short right now and it doesn’t suit me very well (bad haircut choice jfl), but the 4th photo is how it was before it was shorter. I will grow my hair back to around that length and just maintenance it from there.
Coloring, Skin, and Contrast
To fix my coloring=DIY teeth whitening (there’s actually a whole thread on it so credit to that guy), topical minoxidil+derma rolling to make my eyebrows longer, use a self tanner, dye my eyebrows and eyelashes dark brown as well as shape my eyebrows, (actually did but like 2 weeks ago) exfoliate my lips for a pinker color, and for skin I will use low dose Accutane for minor acne I have and Hydrocortisone to fraud a smaller nose width and tip.
Voice Pitch and Tone
My voice pitch doesn’t really concern me much but if I could I would want it a bit deeper, therefore i’ll try humming and voice exercises.
