Even my lower back pain is worsening again as I haven't been doing my core exercises. I'm too tired after work, and have work the next day

It's only been two weeks, but I need to quit and go back to part time. Gotta start assessing my options asap

It's called security, but it's not
I basically work in a post room, scanning parcels in, carrying them, putting on shelves, and getting them when people come to collect them

I'm only here because they transferred me from my old zero hour contract position, and it was this or be neet. And I knew I would have to search for a job when neet anyway

Yes. I can't sit. Makes my back pain flare up. That's probably due to the fact my pelvis is tilted and my hips aren't level, but that's what I got, so I gotta work around it
