Fuller face after wisdom teeth eruption?

After the eruption of my two bottom wisdom teeth, my face has filled out more. I had a very 'hollow' appearance, but now my cheeks have filled in. I didn't gain any weight.

I didn't remove them, I'm saying that before my wisdom teeth erupted, my cheeks were hollower, and after my wisdom teeth had fully erupted, my face became fuller

Ah I see, I had a similar experience. I wonder if removing them will reverse the effect
