honestly just search/make routes on google maps.
You can just go trough a nice part of town but you should exactly know the route you created.
Make sure to include some things like an icecream shop or something,(dont tell her about
the route btw) and then ask her if she wants to eat something etc.
TLDR; for her a date should feel like a wattpad lovestory,for you it should be a planned operation.
