I need some courses, videos etc. to get started on doing fundamental analysis.

That's good. For my research in crypto, I mainly just use coinmarketcap.

Try to learn about the different sectors in crypto: Web3, Gaming, DeFi, Metaverse, NFTs etc. Ideally you want to get exposure to most of these in your portfolio.
