Goofy funny is basically being a silly jester and making a fool of yourself. Like Beavis and BUtthead humor. Theyre not laughing with you theyre laughing at you. Class clown. The guy in class who stands up on a desk and starts dancing when a teacher is talking. The guy who did fortnite dances to make girls laugh. That guy.

Bully funny is self explanatory its just making fun of you.

Clever funny is making witty remarks and jokes that are actually funny. This is what you wanna be. It's more like being smooth and witty than just being a goofball.
