well no bimax has osteotomies, you can't replicate osteotomies with filler

bimax and implants are better and more permanent, but filler is still really good

Well i agree, i would say bimax+implants>filler for someone who is truely recessed and sub human but filler is so much better for someone who is not recessed but still wants some minor tweaks or mandible improvement without invasive surgery
