This is my third post on furosemide and today I finally ended up taking it. This is NOT a cope and you need to start doing this if you are sub 15% BF. This is going to be a 50% guide to taking it that is up to date (2026). I say 50% because I will be upping the dosage in a few weeks.
PRE - TAKING
I posted two days ago what I was going to do to prepare for a 40 mg dose. I was going to fast and workout and then go for a run today and then take the furosemide. I usually do a fast and then run to debloat on my own terms. However, I only did the fast and workout and I did NOT run. I decided I wanted to see if the furosemide would debloat me completely on its own. I had nothing to eat or drink today up until taking the pill and I had it with a sip of water.
DURING IT (I’m 8% BF)
I immediately peed after but only ended up peeing a good 5-6 times only which is not much from what I’ve heard. It took about 1 hour and my cheeks were already caving in. 2 hours in my eye area felt like it was being sucked of its water and my eye area was completely cucked. I makeup frauded however and then went out with a HMTB. She instantly noticed my debloated face and at this point there was no negative side effects. As I’m typing this I am still completely debloated (9 hours later). Four of my friends I asked to see if it worked said my face had not an ounce of fat on it.
SIDE EFFECTS
The side effects for me included:
10 minute headache
Felt like I was Blue Balled
Irregular heartbeat
Super tired
It is worth it: YES
I ended up being a fat fuck and having Dave’s hot chicken and this hasn’t bloated me at all.
ADVICE FOR YOU
My complete guide is to eat low sodium the day before. You don’t want high sodium levels because the pill will not work. Drink water the day before but not the day off. Wake up and do your morning routine then pop the pill with a sip of water. Don’t eat for the rest of the day and make sure to do something for your eye area. Once you can eat I recommend not doing what I did and try potassium enriched foods, electrolyte drinks, magnesium pills, and regular water. Do not take to much of anything the night off taking to counteract rebloat!!
I recommend taking 40mg - 80mg. I’ve heard people say 120mg up to is really good and others have said they passed out so be aware.
If you still are hungry the next day or feel sick then keep loading up on the things I mentioned lightly. If you feel fine I recommend fasting the next day. Do not take furosemide more than two times a week to protect your kidneys.
Do NOT drink alcohol when on furosemide as it will x2 the side effects. Do not eat anything 6-8 hours after taking your dosage especially anything high in sodium. Drinking tons of water is going to go against the drug and it will make you rebloat and hold water in your body instead of pee it out. Drink a SIP of water if your mouth is dry. I also recommend using lip balm on your lips because some people said it has made theirs dry.
Eye area recommendations:
BB cream
Moisturizer
Makeup
- NOT DRINKING TONS OF WATER
COPE:
This is cope if you are not sub 15% BF. Also if you have like no strong features your not gonna look good debloated either. This helps people who just have some morning puffiness or carry a bit more than others in the face.
THINGS I NEED TO TEST
I will be testing 80mg as many people on my last thread said this is the optimal dosage.
I will also be running that day to see how much more it will debloat since I didn’t today.
I will document all the side effects for you guys and make this a full 100% guide up to date.
WHERE TO BUY
Link: Furosemide
This is the CHEAPEST LEGIT site I found it on. It arrived at my house in 2 weeks. Do not purchase high amounts to avoid it being taken by customs. This is a prescription drug so your package can be taken!
I bought 6 boxes which is equivalent to 90 pills.
THIS IS NOT A COPE AND YOU GENUINELY NEED TO DO THIS. STOP BEING BLOATED AND PUMP FUROSEMIDE YOU WILL THANK ME
I hope this helps and look out for my 100% 80mg guide!!! (I can also post before and after if anyone wants it / comments it)
