Furosemide pills not working?

I started furosmide 4 daysago and took 40mg 3hours later i still hadn't needed to urinate then i went once then took another 4hrs after first and nothing. today i took 40mg at 11am and now it is 9:18pm and i havent needed to urinate at all? Is this normal? Does anyone know why i havent needed to urinate becaause ai says its a life threatening thing JFL

so with furosemide you recommend over 1.5L? been having around 1.5L thought that was best amount whilst on it

Literally 3-6l should be your average daily intake of water.
And on furosemide especially more with electrolytes

yes ive done a lot of research but google wont help much due to restrictions against medical advice but on here ive seen recommended amounts of water and ive sen that you should have lower amounts around 1L since you are trying to be rid of te fluids in ur body not retain the fluid and how would having more water give u more electrolyted having more water will cause u to urinate which makes u urinate out more electrolytes?
