Went to a generic pharmacy (TGP, Philippines) and straight up asked "Do you have furosemide as Fusem or Diuretab?" Was immediately given to me by the pharmacist and I was out of the store within 1 minute. (Obviously a teenager btw) It's PHP2.50 per pill which is honestly fucking crazy, a candy usually costs PHP5. Got 10 pcs for 25php (USD0.40) no questions asked.
This is great news, going to try and get topicals later.
