take 100 mg like 2-3 times a week max. i wouldnt take it on 2 consecutive days, although it's safe.



i mean, you have people taking 500mg every day for years, and their kidneys are fine. so don't really worry about the safety implications.
the main worry is rebound effect, but as long as you stay low on sodium you're fine
