i mean, you have people taking 500mg every day for years, and their kidneys are fine. so don't really worry about the safety implications.
the main worry is rebound effect, but as long as you stay low on sodium you're fine

Well, don’t abuse it lmfao. Don’t cycle it just take it when you need to and you’re bloated. 80mg works just as good at as 16mg
