I honestly should have inserted a better pic, but the pic before was indeed 9 months ago, however I actually weighed in way less at that time im lean bulking rn and still have more facial definition than when I was a twig

I actually just got my hydrochlorothiazide and aromasin a couple hours ago, thinking of jus popping hctz every few days but whats a good dosage that you do/you'd do?
