Im on my 4th week of 50mg eplerenone and I just received furo , can I stop eplerenone for one day to take furo then take again eplerenone or will it make me bloated even more

You can take both, they work through different pathways.

If your concern is safety and wether it’s safe to take both at the same time, the yea it’s pretty safe if you know what ur doing.

So stopping eple for one day and taking furo wont affect if they work through diff pathways , cuz i thought that furo draining all the water will make my body raise aldosterone to keep every ml of water

Yea, ideally u would want to take them together. and just like u said, when furo excretes sodium and water your body will compensate by activating RAAS, which in turn secretes aldosterone so you would want to block that by talking eple.
