You are comparing someone with medium lenght hair and good FUT scar vs someone with the head shaved and an overharvested donor (a bad FUE procedure).
Not an apples to apples comparison.

FUE is superior in terms of not leaving noticeable scarring if done right.

There's no way FUT scar is better, unless FUE is done by a subpar surgeon of course, then even the hair before the transplant is better.

If they don't want to take the meds, then they shouldn't get a hair transplant. Extremely low IQ move.
That case has very poor FUE scarring because it's a botch, they overharvested him brutally.
Just look for Konior, Feriduni or Zarev cases online, you'll see that the donors looks untouched with very short hair despite having thousands of extractions done.

do you have some pics where people with fue ended up shaving? knowing many men outthere get ht without even knowing meds exist there must be a ton out of there but i cant find much footage

Yes, there's this extreme case. This guy had 15 (!) hair transplants and 10500 grafts extracted. He wanted to wear his hair buzzcuted to the minimum so he also got SMP (scalp micropigmentation) to camouflage the FUE extractions:

Getting multiple hair transplants just to shave your own head to the absolute minimum after is completely beyond my comprehension, at least wear a number 3 buzzcut to show off the hairline smh. But SMP can be done to camouflage even 10k+ extractions, so it's not even a problem.

FUE scars are extremely hard to spot (if the surgeon did a good job), no one would notice even in person.

None. It depends on doctor's skill AFAIK. Some like Felipe Pittella say they can achieve higher yield and even more grafts with FUE. Then you have Blake Bloxham who is pro FUT (says pro FUE people haven't mastered FUT), or people who does both like Bisanga (and says that people who is pro FUT haven't mastered FUE).

Basically, just trust your elite level doctor bro.
