Tldr if your below 20 just dnr the pain and diy bamp. Use that for 3 years and you should protract by like 10mm atleast. In theory you could also get marpe and cut the fronto and zygomatic sutures that limit your maxilla from moving and you should get lefort 2 tier advancement. It all comes down to how bad you want it, there is no htn+ if your maxillas recessed/superflat

I think your incorrect in most of the stuff you just said but I kind of agree with that statement I replied to, seen some HTNs with bad maxillas, but it determines your harmony so much that it's hard to look good with a shitty maxilla + your side can look horrendous, your nose shape also is determined by your maxilla (from the side).
