will also think about tren after 16

any suggestions or supplements i should take with these?

There are studies showing how HGH therapy HAS stunted growth in children before. When you inject HGH, that's exogenous HGH that your body hasn't produced, when your body recognizes the exogenous HGH, your pituitary gland will stop producing it's natural GH, essentially you're replacing your natural GH production with exogenous HGH.
You don't know how much GH you naturally produce, so injecting 6 IU (which is a lower dose in terms of height) will stop your own production and replace it with 6 IU's, you could be producing 8 IU's of GH right now, and replaced it with 6 IU's of exogenous GH.

To make sure that you inject more HGH than your body naturally produces, and therefore preventing the chance of HGH stunting your FAH, people use the calculation:

0.2 IU x Bodyweight in KG

as a baseline for how much should be taken most optimally.
