yes its one of the best looksmaxxes for ur eye area. With that said u gotta pick a surgeon who knows what hes doing cause otherwise the effects can deteriorate overtime. U have to have someone evaluate ur entire eye area and make sure theres proper lower eye support for the lower eyelid retraction. U might have to have orbital rim implants in conjuction with the lower lid retraction ( i wish i had this done when i got mine but didnt)
