its hard if u are a natural high appetite fatcel, its not that u are a bitch, its actually that hard (and u are a bitch but that doesnt matter that much)

Yeah, bulking is a huge scam. It creates too many new fat cells.

95% of fatcels or skinny fatcels who had a good transformation are clearly on drugs (TRT, GLP-1s, peptides ect )

Stop being a slob put the fucking fork down and stop eating greasy fast food/sugar. I only eat plain meals so I don’t trigger cravings while cutting

A) because it’s stupid and B) because you’re 16.

Why everyone who tries to cut goes starvation mode is beyond me. You won’t only lose fat with starvation calories, a good amount would be lean mass (muscle and bone density), both of which you want to preserve not lose.

Adopt a proper diet (improved insulin sensitivity, regulates blood sugar properly, not hungry every 2 hours, optimal nutrient intake for development, hormones), train intensely in the gym, don’t be sedentary (walk when you can, ideally play a sport regularly).

Don’t track your calories, once your blood sugar regulates you can feed intuitively and you will lean out nicely and build muscle.

At least 100g fats a day (hormones). Foods being red meat, eggs, butter, fish, raw cheese if you can tolerate should be 90% of your diet. If you want pre workout carbs then shit like rice. All protein should be from animal sources not some fucking protein powder.
