Can someone tell me how to fix my fucking lips im so fucking pissed. Lower third humbled me wtf

Whats up man I see these main issues;

• Very narrow jaw
• Narrow jaw causing lips to look wide
• Nose being too wide compared to jaw

Heres how you can fix it;

• Jaw angle filler
• Jaw implants
• If you want to risk it BS'ing
• Hydrocortisone to slim nose
• Once jaw is wide enough you can use a mouth widener and finally be proportionate
