It depends as in some cases they look too brutish with the amount of bone mass in their faces. However the means in which they get reduction is retarded as they shave off large chunks of their bones instead of gradual increments. This is like how you see those artifical bimbos with balloon lips die to filler over use.

Most people are simply low iq and don't know how to do surgery properly and their surgeons can't just seem to stop and say "You will look like this, are you sure you want to do this?".
