FWHR or ES ratio?

• The ideal FWHR is around 1.9-2, and the ideal ES ratio is 0.46.

• FWHR and ES ratio are directly related: increasing your bizygomatic width would increase your FWHR and decrease your ES ratio, and vice versa.

My question is, is it better to have an ideal ES ratio with lower FWHR? Or an ideal FWHR with a lower ES ratio?


For example, a guy with 1.8 FWHR and an ES ratio of 0.46, assuming an average IPD of 65mm. Would it be worth it to increase his FWHR to 1.9 at the cost of his ES ratio dropping to around 0.43-0.44?
