FWHR & TFWHR very inconsistent

Pretty much every photo I measure my tfwhr and fwhr change, other measurements stay consistent but these do not, in some photos I have a 1.89 all the way to a 1.77 for FWHR and for TFWHR ive had 1.44 - 1.36

Pretty much every photo I measure my tfwhr and fwhr change, other measurements stay consistent but these do not, in some photos I have a 1.89 all the way to a 1.77 for FWHR and for TFWHR ive had 1.44 - 1.36

lens distortion maybe? set up camera 2-3 feet away, use front camera, and zoom in to 2x to get as close to irl as possible. obv will vary slightly from picture to picture and where you place the markers but ive done mine a few times and its usually within 0.05-0.1
