I dont know how many of you are familiar with or have seen GAIA's bimax, rhino, and infraorbital surgery, but IMO his result was terrible. Bro looks uncanny now. His jaw is too forward grown and nose is too upturned. IMO he needed some forward advancement, but mostly needed down grafting. He has got that short face and protruding jaw look like a neotonous women, couple that with the upturned feminine nose JFL. I want to do bimax, but don't want to get botched like him. He looks gay as fuck lolololol. Yeah he improved, but thats because he already looked like dogshit, not because what was done was correct or optimal. What do you guys think?
