i mean you dont have to cut out carbs completely there are alot of healthy carbs like sweet potatoes but the thing is that overeating these will bloat u. just eat low carbs and focus more on protein and healthy fats to stay full. if u lift weights u could have bananas or oats beforehand.and shit and i cant just volume e
